QPIN Policies & Professional Standards At Quantum Professional Impact Network (QPIN), we are committed to building a new standard of consulting—defined by trust, transparency, and results. Our policies ensure that every engagement reflects our commitment to ethical conduct, structured delivery, and client-first thinking.
  1. Engagement Policy
  • QPIN acts as the single-point contract holder and operational manager for all consulting engagements.
  • All consultants are vetted and contracted exclusively through QPIN. Clients do not enter into direct contracts with consultants to ensure quality and risk control.
  • Every engagement is governed by a mutually signed Project Brief (PB) outlining scope, success metrics, timelines, and pricing.
  1. Governance & Delivery Assurance
  • QPIN embeds a Project Management Office (PMO) layer in all consulting engagements.
  • We ensure disciplined execution through fortnightly governance check-ins, risk escalation protocols, milestone tracking, and consultant replacement support when needed.
  • We take ownership of the full project lifecycle—from scope definition to final delivery.
  1. Consultant Conduct & Ethics
All QPIN consultants are bound by a stringent Code of Conduct which includes:
  • Purpose-led, outcome-focused delivery
  • Unwavering professionalism and confidentiality
  • Independence from commercial bias
  • Respect for client context and team collaboration
  • Zero tolerance for plagiarism, IP misuse, or backchannel engagement
Violations may lead to delisting from the platform.
  1. Confidentiality & IP
  • All client and consultant engagements are covered by confidentiality and NDA obligations.
  • Consultants are contractually bound to not reuse or repurpose any client IP without written approval.
  • All deliverables remain the sole intellectual property of the client unless stated otherwise.
  1. Conflict of Interest & Non-Compete
  • Consultants are restricted from engaging with the same client independently within 12 months of project completion unless approved by QPIN.
  • Any potential or actual conflicts of interest must be disclosed before onboarding.
  • A formal declaration of neutrality and non-affiliation is a precondition for engagement.
  1. Risk & Indemnity
  • QPIN ensures continuity, backup planning, and structured governance to avoid project disruption.
  • Clients indemnify QPIN for any damages resulting from misuse of deliverables or consultant misconduct.
  • Consultants indemnify QPIN for inaccurate advice, breach of confidentiality, or IP violations.
  1. Legal Compliance
  • All operations are governed by Indian laws including the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and SEBI Insider Trading Regulations (where applicable).
  • All disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  1. Sustainability & Capability Building
  • QPIN engagements are designed not just to solve problems but to build internal capabilities.
  • We empower client teams with tools, frameworks, and decision clarity to enable lasting impact.
